When should I consider surgical therapy?

4. For have been on a medically controlled diet for at least two years with no breaks

Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract
Hormonal imbalances
Malignant tumor
Connective tissue disease
Recent pulmonary embolism
Recent heart attack
Serious liver disease: Hepatitis/cirrhosis of the liver
Kidney diseases with serious loss of kidney functions
Consumptive diseases (tuberculosis, low immunity)
dental problems (an operation can only be carried out provided teeth
are fully functional)
